By using this website, contacting Larg Road Sweets about a product or order, or buying from our shop on Larg Road, you agree to follow these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the website.

These terms apply to general website information and retail services offered by Larg Road Sweets in Stranraer, Dumfries and Galloway.

2. Website information

We aim to keep product descriptions, photographs, prices and availability useful and current. Screen colours and packaging can vary from the items stocked in store.

Website content may be updated or removed without notice. A product shown online is not a promise that it will be available when you visit.

3. Pricing and availability

In-store prices are displayed in pounds sterling and include any VAT that applies to the sale. The price payable is the price confirmed at checkout or agreed for a special order.

• Prices may change without notice before a purchase is confirmed.
• Some products are sold by weight, pack size or individual item; the basis of sale will be made clear.
• We may limit quantities where stock is short or where an order is unusually large.
• Allergen and ingredient information should be checked with a member of staff before purchase, especially where dietary needs are involved.

4. Promotions and special offers

Promotional prices apply only for the dates, products and quantities stated in store or in the relevant website notice. Offers cannot be exchanged for cash or combined unless the offer says otherwise.

5. Bulk orders and event bookings

For party bags, workplace treats, wedding tables or other larger requests, please contact us with the products, quantities and collection date you need. We will confirm whether we can meet the request and provide the agreed price.

• A deposit may be requested before stock is set aside or preparation begins.
• The remaining balance is due at the agreed time, normally before collection.
• Changes to quantities or product choices depend on stock and preparation already completed.
• Cancellation terms, collection arrangements and any non-refundable deposit will be explained when the order is accepted.

Give us notice where you can. Short-notice changes may leave too little time to replace reserved stock.

6. Payment and collection

Payment methods accepted in store may change. We will tell you which methods are available when you place or collect an order.

Orders should be collected at the agreed time from our Larg Road shop. If you are delayed, contact us on +44 7432 563003 so we can discuss the next step.

7. Customer responsibilities

Please provide accurate contact details and check your order before payment or collection. Customers are responsible for storing food safely after collection and for checking ingredients against their own dietary requirements.

Website users must not misuse the site, attempt to interfere with its operation or submit material that is unlawful, abusive or misleading.

8. Liability

Nothing in these terms limits rights that cannot legally be limited, including rights you have as a consumer under UK law. We are responsible for loss or damage caused by our breach of those rights.

To the extent permitted by law, Larg Road Sweets is not responsible for indirect loss, interruption or inconvenience caused by a website issue, stock change or event outside our reasonable control.
